Returns

 You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange for the order to be collected from the provided address through our logistic partner and returned to us. During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box). failing of above-mentioned which refund may not be possible. Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product. Toys will have 7 days return policy in case you have received a damaged, defective, wrong product or product with missing accessory. If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for refund.

Terms of Return and Refund

FASHION AND LIFESTYLE PRODUCTS

Any apparel, accessories, cosmetics, footwear, sunglasses, certain fashion jewellery, etc.

Non-returnable

Trueno Fashion shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any of the following Products: Innerwear Briefs and Panties, lingerie sets, socks and stockings, Deodorants and perfumes, and All under garments, such other Products as may be specified by Trueno from time to time.

TOYS

Toys Only Returnable if Customer Receive Damaged or Brocken/Defective Product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your amount through normal banking channel within 15 working days.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
